His practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, where he has served as lead counsel in over 7,500 cases. A former president of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates and the CAVC Bar Association, he holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
