Kevin J. McManus is the founder and managing attorney of Kevin McManus Law, a firm specializing in personal injury and disability law throughout Missouri and Kansas. A Kansas City native, he earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law and his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. Before dedicating his career to representing injured individuals, Kevin served as a Missouri State Representative and a member of the Kansas City Council, where he held the position of Mayor Pro Tem. His legal practice focuses on helping victims of car accidents, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death, as well as those unfairly denied long-term disability benefits. Kevin is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction reserved for attorneys who have secured multi-million dollar recoveries for their clients. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers and the Kansas City Business Journal as one of the top trial lawyers in the region. Beyond the courtroom, he is the founder of the KML Charitable Foundation, which supports local organizations and families in need. In his personal life, Kevin enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and three children in his hometown of Kansas City.
