E. Regine Francois Williams is the founder and managing partner of Francois Williams Legal LLC, where she specializes in estate planning, probate, personal injury, and general civil litigation. With over a decade of experience, she serves individuals and businesses across Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Florida. Regine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University. Her prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of the Maryland Professionalism Center and working as a general practitioner litigating medical malpractice and motor tort matters. She is highly regarded in her field, having received several awards such as the Maryland State Bar Association’s Edward F. Shea Professionalism Award and the Daily Record’s Leadership in Law. Regine is dedicated to helping her clients navigate difficult situations and prepare for the future through meticulous planning. Beyond her legal practice, she is fluent in French and Haitian Creole and proficient in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.
