H. Glenn Fogle, Jr. is the founding member and principal of The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, where he has practiced immigration and nationality law for over 30 years. Based in Atlanta, he is an expert immigration litigator who has handled complex cases in federal courts across the United States, including arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court.
