Michael Gebhart is the founding attorney of Gebhart Law, PLLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he specializes in employment law, construction litigation, and appellate matters. With over 20 years of legal experience, he represents both individuals and businesses in complex disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and contract issues. Beyond his private practice, Gebhart serves as a Professor in Residence at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching hospitality and employment law. His extensive background also includes a decade in law enforcement and experience as a human resources executive, providing him with a unique perspective on regulatory compliance and workplace safety. He earned his J.D. as a member of the charter class at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law.
