Blake Cantrell is a business and commercial transactions attorney and co-founder of The Cantrell Law Firm, PLLC, with over a decade of experience in corporate governance, business formation, and mergers and acquisitions. A former entrepreneur who successfully scaled and sold a venture to GrubHub, he serves as a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Law at the University of Oklahoma and has previously held roles as General Counsel and CEO. He earned his J.D. and MBA from the University of Tulsa and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Colorado.
