Caridad Pastor is the founder of Pastor & Associates P.C. and has over 30 years of experience specializing in immigration and naturalization law. A graduate of NYU School of Law and a Root-Tilden Snow Scholar, she handles complex federal litigation, asylum cases, and deportation defense nationwide. Ms. Pastor is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal appellate courts, and she has held leadership roles with the Federal Bar Association and the Archdiocese of Detroit.
