Adam Harris Bernstein (1969–2025) was a private criminal defense attorney and co-founder of Bernstein and Mello, PLLC in New Hampshire. With over 25 years of experience, he specialized in criminal law and immigration law, including cases involving drug crimes, fraud, and deportation defense. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and previously served as a staff attorney for the New Hampshire Public Defender.
