Alarcon is the owner of Clearview Mediation & Consulting, where she provides conflict management services across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her expertise includes handling complex cases involving premises liability, professional malpractice, and workers' compensation. She is a New Hampshire Court Certified Family Mediator and serves as a volunteer mediator for various state commissions and courts. Alarcon earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
