Neil Groberg is the owner of Groberg Mediation with over 40 years of experience as an attorney and neutral. Based in Burlington, Vermont, he specializes in mediation, arbitration, and independent harassment investigations, particularly within employment, healthcare, and business law. He earned his B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and currently serves as the co-chair of the Dispute Resolution section of the Vermont Bar Association.
