Charles S. Herman is the principal owner of Charles Herman Law, a firm based in Savannah, Georgia, that focuses on labor and employment law and personal injury. He represents clients in various employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, FMLA violations, and discrimination based on race, age, and gender. Beyond employment disputes, he handles serious personal injury, accident law, and wage and hour litigation. Mr. Herman earned his B.S. in Environmental Policy and Planning from Virginia Tech and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.
