Elizabeth (“Beth”) Graham is a principal at Grant & Eisenhofer and leads the firm’s complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation practice. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in mass torts, consumer fraud, product liability, and environmental law. She has held numerous court-appointed leadership roles in major multidistrict litigations, including serving as a lead negotiator in the $1.6 billion Essure settlement and co-lead counsel in the $143 million Columbia Gas explosion settlement. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
