Nicole Kozycki is a founding partner of Kozycki Law, LLC, where she specializes primarily in immigration law with a focus on employment-based and investment-based corporate immigration. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014, she brings a decade of legal experience from both private practice and the U.S. Department of Justice. Her practice includes representation in entertainment, contract, and corporate law matters as they relate to immigration issues for highly-skilled workers and executives. With a background in international conflict and human rights studies, she also advocates for clients in complex asylum and Convention Against Torture cases. Nicole currently serves as the Vice Chair and Senior Content Editor of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Immigration Committee. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and frequently publishes articles on family and employment immigration topics. Her educational credentials include a B.A. from American University’s School of International Service and a J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law.
