James E. Sudduth, III is the founder and managing partner of Sudduth & Associates, LLC, with over 12 years of experience as a civil and criminal litigation attorney. A former prosecutor and Assistant District Attorney in Calcasieu Parish, he specializes in criminal defense, labor and employment law, and personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2009 and his J.D. from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2013.
