Kas DeCarvalho is an Associate Judge on the Rhode Island District Court, sworn in June 2024. With over 20 years of legal experience, he previously served as a partner at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara LLC, specializing in corporate and business law, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. He earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
