Charles Joseph Stiegler is the managing member of Stiegler Law Firm LLC, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. With nearly two decades of legal experience, he specializes in labor and employment law, focusing on claims for unpaid wages, overtime, and commissions. He also represents clients in matters involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination before the EEOC and in state and federal courts. Mr. Stiegler earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2006 and previously served as a law clerk for the Louisiana Supreme Court. Before launching his own practice in 2017, he worked for prominent law firms in Silicon Valley and New York City, including Proskauer Rose. He is licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and California and has handled complex class and collective action litigation. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with the prestigious Super Lawyers designation for several consecutive years.
