Brian J. Neville is a founding partner of Lax, Neville & Intelisano, LLP, a boutique litigation firm based in New York City. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in securities litigation, broker-dealer disputes, regulatory defense, and employment law within the financial services industry. Mr. Neville has served as lead counsel on more than 500 matters and has arbitrated cases in at least 18 states across the country. He is nationally recognized for representing high-earning registered representatives and broker teams during transitions between firms, often negotiating complex employment contracts and succession plans. His practice also involves representing both retail and institutional investors, successfully recovering over $50 million on their behalf. Before founding his current firm, he gained valuable industry insight serving as Associate General Counsel at Josephthal & Co. and as an attorney for Prudential Securities. Mr. Neville earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
