Marion Ty Rutter is a partner at Aldridge, Actkinson & Rutter, L.L.P., where he has practiced since 1987. Managing the firm's Clovis office, he specializes in banking law, business law, civil litigation, real estate, and agricultural law. He has also served as the City Attorney for Texico, New Mexico, since 1991. Mr. Rutter earned his B.S. from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. from Oklahoma City University.
