Gus M. Shihab is the founder of The Law Firm of Shihab & Associates and a seasoned immigration attorney with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in a wide range of immigration matters, including business visas (H-1B, L-1, E-2), employment-based green cards (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), and family-based immigration. A licensed professional engineer and former designer for the Ohio Department of Transportation, he brings a unique technical perspective to cases involving scientists and engineers.
