John Kennyhertz is a founding partner and the managing partner of Kennyhertz Perry, LLC, a Kansas City-based business and litigation law firm. With nearly 20 years of experience, he specializes in business transactions, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, frequently serving in an outside general counsel role for clients in highly regulated industries. He previously served as general counsel for a private equity firm and holds a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
