Cristen Rose is a partner at Haynes Boone in Washington, D.C., specializing in commercial and business litigation, insurance recovery, environmental litigation, and regulatory compliance. Previously a member of the insurance recovery and regulatory law and litigation practices at Paley Rothman, she has extensive experience representing companies in investigations by federal agencies such as the EPA, CPSC, FDA, and FTC. She earned her B.A. from Georgetown University in 1996 and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 1999.
