Matthew Mark Enenbach is a partner at Kutak Rock and head of the Omaha Commercial Trial Practice group. He specializes in complex toxic tort, product liability, and personal injury matters, defending clients nationwide. With extensive experience in commercial litigation and white-collar defense, he has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.
