Stuart Grant is the co-founder and managing director of Bench Walk Advisors, a legal finance company, and the co-founder of the law firm Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. He is an internationally recognized litigator specializing in securities litigation, corporate governance, and stockholder rights, particularly within the Delaware Court of Chancery. Throughout his career, Grant served as lead counsel in many of the largest settlements in Delaware history, including landmark cases involving Facebook, Del Monte Foods, and Digex. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and previously served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. In addition to his legal work, he is a prominent philanthropist and a leading owner and breeder of thoroughbred racehorses under the stable name The Elkstone Group. Grant has been inducted into the Lawdragon Hall of Fame and is consistently ranked as a top-tier litigator by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers.
