Edward A. Kraus is a shareholder at Silicon Valley Law Group with over 30 years of experience in civil and criminal litigation. He represents individuals and companies in a wide array of matters, including employment issues, real estate, construction, and commercial disputes. His criminal defense practice covers complex cases such as white-collar crime, fraud, embezzlement, and trade secret violations. Before joining his current firm, he served as a Deputy Public Defender for the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender from 1995 to 1998.
