Scott Fortas is a partner at Hawkins, Spizman, Fortas, where he heads the firm’s traffic and consumer advocacy divisions. Since 1999, he has specialized in criminal and traffic ticket defense, DUI, personal injury, and consumer law, including lemon law and auto fraud cases. He earned his J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 1995 and is a member of the Georgia Bar and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
