Robert Jesse Harris is the founder and president of Harris Velazquez Gibbens in Hillsboro, Oregon. With nearly 40 years of experience, he is an AV Preeminent rated attorney specializing in personal injury, criminal law, and family law. He has served as a hearings officer, pro tem judge, and municipal court judge, and is a founding member of the Washington County non-profit public defense consortia.
