Michael G. Pond is the founding attorney of Pond Law Firm in Jackson, Mississippi, where he has practiced since 1992. Specializing in consumer bankruptcy, he has assisted thousands of individuals and families with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, foreclosure defense, and debt relief. Before entering private practice, he gained valuable insight into the financial sector as a collections manager and account representative for national lenders. Mr. Pond earned his Juris Doctorate with distinction from the Mississippi College School of Law and holds a degree in finance and economics from the University of Texas at Tyler.
