Karen Oakes is the founder of Oakes Law Office, PC, with over 25 years of legal experience. Based in Klamath Falls, Oregon, she specializes in consumer protection, including bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 11, and 13), FDCPA, and FCRA representation, as well as estate planning and landlord-tenant law. A graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, she has also served as a Justice of the Peace for Klamath County since 2004.
